01Who we are
PLATFORM GLOBAL LLC (“PLATFORM”, “we”, “us”) is a software design, engineering and AI automation studio, established in 2007. Our team works from Bratislava, Slovakia (European Union) and Costa Mesa, California (United States).
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), PLATFORM is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For data we process inside a client’s own systems during a project, the client is the controller and we act as a processor under a written agreement.

02What we collect
We collect only what a conversation with us actually requires. There is no account system on this website, no advertising pixel, and no data broker enrichment.

We do not collect special categories of data (health, biometrics, political opinions and similar), and we ask you not to send them through this website.
03Legal bases
Under Article 6 GDPR we rely on:
- Legitimate interest for answering enquiries, preventing abuse of our forms and keeping the site secure.
- Consent for analytics cookies. You give it in the cookie banner and can withdraw it at any time.
- Contract for everything needed to prepare or perform an engagement with you.
- Legal obligation where accounting or tax law requires us to keep records.
04How long we keep it
We do not keep personal data indefinitely.
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client project data: for the duration of the engagement plus the retention period agreed in the contract.
- Analytics: up to 14 months, in aggregated form.
- Server logs: up to 30 days, unless retained longer to investigate an incident.
05Who else sees it
We use a small set of vetted providers to run this website. Each one processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

We never sell personal data and we never share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
06International transfers
Because our team and our providers sit on both sides of the Atlantic, personal data may be transferred from the European Economic Area to the United States. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider participates, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, together with technical measures such as encryption in transit and at rest.
07The AI assistant
The assistant on this website answers questions using a large language model provided by Anthropic. Two things are worth knowing:
- Your conversation and the name and email you enter are sent to Anthropic solely to generate the answer, and to us so we can follow up.
- The assistant works from a fixed brief about our services. It cannot access client systems, project files or any database of personal data.
Please do not paste confidential or personal information about other people into the assistant. If you need to discuss something sensitive, we sign an NDA before the first real conversation.
08Your rights in the European Union
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the GDPR gives you the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- restrict or object to processing,
- receive your data in a portable format,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already happened,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Slovakia this is the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

09Your rights in California
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy of it, to have it deleted, to have inaccurate information corrected, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
You will never be treated differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hi@plat4m.com with the subject line California privacy request. We will verify your identity by replying to the address we hold and will respond within 45 days.
10Security
We keep the attack surface small on purpose: no user accounts, no stored passwords, no payment data on this website. Traffic is encrypted with TLS, access to systems is limited to the people who need it, and our forms are protected against automated abuse. No system is perfect, so if you believe you have found a vulnerability, tell us at hi@plat4m.com and we will act on it.
11Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
