PLATFORM GLOBAL LLC, established 2007, operates this website. Our team works from Bratislava, Slovakia (EU) and Costa Mesa, California (USA).
02What this website is
This website describes what we do and lets you get in touch. Nothing here is an offer, a quote or a binding commitment, and nothing here creates a client relationship.
A client relationship starts only when both sides sign a written agreement. Our normal sequence is an NDA first, then a Master Service Agreement, then a Statement of Work or a Retainer Agreement that defines the actual scope.
03Accuracy and forward-looking statements
We keep the content of this website current and honest, including timelines, case descriptions and results. Even so, every project is different. Anything about speed, scope or outcomes describes typical past work, not a guarantee for a future engagement. What we commit to in your specific case is written in your contract, and only that is binding.
04Intellectual property
The design, code, text, imagery and brand assets on this website belong to PLATFORM or to the clients who own the featured work, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Client names and logos appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.
You may read, share and quote this website with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a model or build a competing offer.
Work we build for a client is a separate matter: all custom deliverables are work for hire and belong to the client. Where we plug in our own AI products, those remain ours and are licensed to the client, while everything built custom on top belongs to the client. Your agreement states this explicitly.
05Acceptable use
When using this website, please do not:
- submit false information, or someone else’s personal data, through our forms,
- automate submissions or attempt to defeat our anti-abuse measures,
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure,
- use the AI assistant to generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content,
- scrape the site at a scale that degrades it for others.
06The AI assistant
The assistant provides general information about PLATFORM. It is generated by a language model, so it can be incomplete or wrong. It does not give legal, financial or technical advice, it never quotes prices, and nothing it says is contractually binding on us. When a detail matters, confirm it with a human on a call.
07Third-party links and services
This website links to third-party services such as Cal.com, Clutch and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their terms apply when you use them.
08Liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLATFORM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, including lost profit or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory consumer rights you may have. Liability arising from an actual engagement is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, not by this page.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of Orange County, California have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this website.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
10Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated version.
